Wasteland is a series of constructed landscape photographs, initially born of waste materials collected from my time as a machinist. Enamored with their aesthetic yet horrified by the volume of this post-industrial waste, I imagined a world consumed by it. The worlds that I create lure you in with their beauty and then quickly reveal themselves for what they are, a desolate reflection of throw away culture and wasteful consumerism.
